Pale gold in colour, with a crisp malt edge and sharp bitterness. Plateau has been hopped at different stages of the brew , with a big mix of US & NZ hops to satisfy the discerning drinker. Full in flavour, zesty, refreshing & low in alcohol, this beer will have you returning to the bar for another.

Cask at GBBF. Burning Sky Plateau 3.50% beautiful clear light gold with an eggshell white head of foam. Fantastic aroma of prickly hops that give floral & fruit notes with maybe a dash of cheesiness. Smooth soft body with a bracing minty dank bitter hop finish. Clean tasting sessionable hoppy beer - great.

Cask pour@Tilquin English Beer Festival V/2015. Thin greenyellow pour, in line with dormant abv very modest on the nose. Surprising round & contoured in taste for a globalised golden ale, juicy with that appealing lemon/tealeafy hop profile and notes of white grape and lychee. Immensely quaffable, never bad on a warm & packed drinking day.

Cask @ Tilquin English beer festival, 2015.

Cask Sample @1st Tilquin English Beer Festival +Open Doors
