COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This workers strength Saison, is our seasonal beer. The base recipe will remain the same and will uses the same strains of yeast as our ‘Provision’ Saison but changes to reflect the seasons in the inspirational countryside that surrounds Burning Sky Brewery. The Autumn hedgerows have been laden with rosehips this year & we have blended a large portion in to give a subtle perfume & enticing colour to the beer.

Draft at Beer Craft Co., Holborn. Aroma is both sweet and acidic with some farmhouse ale. Pours pale yellow with a medium white head. Taste is sweet and full. Some taste of apples and grapes can be noticed. Palate is oily and sticky. Overall a quiet nice beer, though you could wish for more smell.

On tap @Mad For Beer (Rome). Giallo paglierino, appena torbida, schiuma media, buona persistenza.

Lemon, a little apple, touch of pear, mild spice, straw, grass, gooseberry. Crisp with a nice sour edge. Good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
