Keg at Evening Star, Brighton. It pours lightly hazy gold with a medium white head. The nose is straw, spicy, rich orange citrus, tangerine, brett and some of Irn Bru even. The taste is crisp, clean, bitter, straw, pepper, wood, rather great brett character, stewed orange, tangerine, grapefruit and minerals with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Crisp,tasty and very, very drinkable. Another absolute winner from Burning Sky!

Draught @ The Rover. Pours cloudy milky pale yellow with a big frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of sticky lacing on the glass. Smell is tiny fruity with crackers, lemon juice, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, lemon zest and hints of yuzu juice. Taste is tiny sour, tiny bitter, tiny fruity and slightly phenolic with crackers, lemon juice, star fruit, dry soil, hay, lemon zest, orange zest, white pepper corns, bay leaves and lemon grass. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, slightly tart and light bodied. Finish is tiny sour, tiny bitter, tiny fruity and tiny phenolic with crackers, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, lemon juice and bay leaves. Refreshing!
