Had this tap at Burnside... A dark pour with a thin, lacy, light brown head. Nose of oak, wood, and whiskey. Tone of sweetness and dark malted tones. Big whiskey and bourbon notes. Like a shot of bourbon poured into my stout.

Tap at the brewery. Pours dark brown/black with a small head. Aroma bourbon, roasted malts. Smells like a lot stronger stuff. Nice chocolate taste. Not Bad.

Pours pitch black color with small head. Aroma of vanilla, cocoa, mild strawberries, bilberries and dark chocolate. Flavor of vanilla, bourbon, toasted malts, dark ripe fruits and dark berries. Very nicely balanced stout.
