650ml bottle pours a pale amber color with a huge white head that left me taking 15 minutes to fill my glass. This head retained very well and left some really nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is citrus with some light pine and caramel. Taste is a bold citrus and pine hop bitterness with an underlying caramel malty sweetness. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation leaving a light tingle on the palate. A very well done IPA that is definitely up there with my fave IPA’s. Additional note: When I poured another glass to finish the bottle, the head overflowed the glass and I grabbed a cloth to wipe down the outside of glass and my glass exploded in my hands and caused several small cuts on my right hand. I thought some of you may find this amusing.

On tap @ Burnside. Clear golden pour with a white head. Sort of grassy with a definite orange marmalade and pine note. Sort of malty on the nose as well. Tastes sweet with definite caramel and bready malts. Some lemon and orange peel, grass, and pine hop flavors. Lightly bitter. Not impressive.
