COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Burnside Oatmeal Pale Ale is brewed using copious amounts of Crystal, Galena, & Fuggle hop varietals. This is a clean dry Pale Ale with low bitterness and lots of hop flavor. We have chosen to add 75 pounds of locally rolled oats to increase body and give our Pale a sweet creamy finish.

confine him to the briny deep .. . healthy foam .. a touch hazy .. oatmeal, instant oatmeal, cereal, mild hay bitterness .. mouth is nice, medium bubbles, could have a heartier finish .. . . Who’s gonna change Maggie? . We’re going to let her roam free in the backyard and nature will take its course.

Hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is smooth and fairly dry. Mild fine carbonation. Dry malts with a dry cereal vibe. Modest spice and a very modest citrus. Light dry finish. Really doesn’t work, very dry, very cereal and what hops?
