COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Burnside Permafrost is Burnside Brewing Co.’s first winter elixir. It’s a big strong ale brewed with 7 different malts and copious amounts of Columbia and Amarillo hops pillowed in the middle to give this warming brew a chewy complex malt body and a unique fruity juicy hoppiness throughout. You won’t want to sip this dangerously strong and tasty beer like you should but pound it.

Draft. Pours dark copper with a short creamy off-white head. Decent retention and nice lacing. Big malt and hop aroma and flavor. Earthy, resiny, fruity goodness. Medium-plus body, soft carbonation, thick-creamy texture, and a malt-heavy, biting hop-bitter, strong, long finish. Well done.
