COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Burnside Stock Ale displays soft malt flavor with a delicate hop flavor and aroma. This is the perfect balance between both, creating a perfectly harmonious ale with a striking deep copper color. Made in the E.S.B tradition.

Fatehunter (1100) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - DEC 6, 2013
Pours a half finger of off-white frothy head on a cloudy dark straw colored body. The aroma is a nice, if faint, grain smell. Really nice. The taste has nice complexity and balance. Dry grain, lemon, apricot, more grain. The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation. A really good ale with some great flavor packed into a fairly low ABV.

Draft at the source. Clear amber color. Pepery aroma. Flavor is a bit on the sour sude, not sure why.

Orange pour with a white head. The aroma has some pine, grass and toffee notes. The flavor is similar with some toffee and biscuit notes coming through the most, but some grass and light pine hidden in the background. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

(22oz bomber thanks to bu11zeye) clear amber, huge fine offwhite bubbles. Nose of english hops, earth, chemical, stone fruit, dry spices. Taste of dry spices, earth, lager yeast, English hops, odd. Over carbonated, odd.

maekchu (1772) - Hirakata, JAPAN - AUG 31, 2012
Draught at the brewpub. Aromas of butter, apples, peaches, and some light hops. Dark straw color with a big creamy head. Dirty hop initial; the same flavor in mid palate; finishes up very mild. Medium body. Okay, but the crude hoppiness blocks out almost all other flavors.
