COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Burnside Stock Ale displays soft malt flavor with a delicate hop flavor and aroma. This is the perfect balance between both, creating a perfectly harmonious ale with a striking deep copper color. Made in the E.S.B tradition.

Draught. A pitty beer, balanced hop and malt that goes good with a salad. Light but pleasing finish. Would make a good session beer.

Bottle... Poured a deep amber/burnt orange with an off-white. Creamy head. Nice retention and lacing. Good hop flavor, earthy spices, with big biscuity malt grains. Big bread-like character. Big full bodied, mild heart esters, and a faint bitterness.

22.oz bottle from Mainbrew.com out in Hillsboro. Somewhat cloudy amber with super creamy and frothy head. Wonderful toasty malt and medium hoppy nose. Great special roast, toasty, and biscuity flavor with spicy hops to ballance it out. Overall this is a wonderful easy to drink beer. It is distinc over most American ESB’s. Highly recommend!

Draft at the Green Dragon. Pours a clear medium golden amber with a dark brown overtone. Loose grayish head. Mild sweet brown bread nose. Creamy medium body with soft carb, but it’s a piercing american ale carbonation bubble rather than the soft, chalky esb style. Which is fine. Toasty, nutty, brown bready, biscuity mid-palate with a clear and fairly crisp toasty finish.
