Tangy and spicy. Very unique taste. Strong after taste. Cloudy looking beer. Almost a bit too tangy to the point of almost sour.

Loved the hint of chili found in the beer. Not strong apricot. Really enjoyed this beer.
Light and refreshing with some interesting parts

Damn it Shirah. Hazy yellow color. Vegetal pepper aroma, sweetness follows with some mango fruity character. Fruity apricot up front and then lots of pepper flavor and big residual heat in the back.

Smells like tropical fruit on first opening. Then turns into a raw jalapeńo scent. Not too harsh to drink. Heat in the back of throat but dissipates quickly.

Bottle thanks to dan. Pours yellow with white head. Aroma of jalepano and heat. Taste is sweet up front, then all heat. Not that bad.

Bottle thanks to Dan. Nose is vegetal. Very sweet up front and then goes into a slow burn in your throat. Ugh. Not bad but definitely glad someone shared it.

Bomber. Pours a very cloudy pale yellow with some orange tint. Nice foamy head that collects to a ring. Very cool aroma of sour lemon, peppers, wet grass, and wheat. Tastes very good too. Nice mix of wheat, peppers, and fruit. The fruit comes off more sour and tart than sweet which works really well and makes this rather unique. Moderate pepper burn in the finish that linger a very long time. I love pepper beers and this one of the more unique ones I’ve had.

One of the most interesting low-alcohol wheat ales I’ve ever had. The apricots and Jamaican Scotch Bonnet peppers are an odd combo, but they somehow work. Only 9 IBUs, but the beer’s tartness and peppery heat balance out the malts surprisingly well. Oddly refreshing and curiously enjoyable.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Visual: Pours cloudygolden sunshine yellow with a small foamy dissipating head, thin layer of retention, lots and lots of active streams.
Nose: Fruity apricot with some funk, citrus, and wheat malts. (lvl-4)-pungency
Attack: incoming sourness, crisp fizzy mouthfeel
Mid-palate: (lvl-6)-fruity sweetness, medium-high sourness/tang, tart mouthfeel, (MAIN) apricot, bright pineapple, wheat malts, scotch bonnet pepper vegginess
Finish: medium-lvl deep heated spiciness, clean wheat malt off-dry finish.
Summary: Extremely sippable with a good balanced complexity of sweet-sour-tart-heat-fruity. Definitely unique and original.

Had this in draft as part of a flight at Burnside Brewing in Portland. Yellow and cloudy. Spicy but not offensive. Light and peppery. Good.
