ginger is much stronger making it more of a ginger bread character, still plenty of cinnamon, light apple rounds it out,

On tap at Trackside Grill. Pours a hazy deep brown with an amber hue and a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of dark spiced bread with an underlying backed apple note. Flavor has heavy christmas spice up front that mellows to allow baked apple and dark grains to come through. A bit heavy on the spice.
