As our flagship ale, Zeke (thatʼs what we can it), is a text book example of the word ďBad AssĒ. A grainy malty yet wonderfully hoppy ale. Loud and mysterious, Zeke is a wheel that is well rounded and perfect for any drinking conspiracy.

Pour from growler. Hazy orange pour with white head that diminishes rather slowly, spotty lacing. Smell is light sweet grains, light citrus, delicate fruity hops. Taste is more fruitiness (fruity esters /infection?), medium lingering bitterness, citrus, sweet light grains. Some of the fruitiness appears to be from some noticeable yeast. Not bad just just different and I am not sure intentional with noticeable esters.

22oz bottle. Orange hue, white foam, nice lace. Smells crisp, nice orange zest nose. Aromas of grains, smells like brew day. It just smells fresh. Flavor of malts. Finishes with a well balanced hoppy bitterness that doesnít overpower the character of the malts. Itís the perfect Pale Ale. (4316)

Bottled ten days ago. Clear copper pour with a frothy white head. Fruity hop aroma, light citrus and a good punch of caramel. Flavors were slightly sweet with notes of caramel and candied hops. Solid, lingering bitter finish serves as a nice balance. Slick, oily mouthfeel. Really dig this one. Itís not a standard one note pale ale. Nice hop presence without masking the malt profile completely. Solid.
