Gold-amber cloudy wheat ale. Yeast in the aroma; then a strong fruity aroma (green apple, apple, grape). Sweet, a little malty, candy sugar, fruity. Sweet and fruity final; absolutely no hop character.
The brewer uses some addictions to give those subtile aroma and flavour: apple, grape, ananas, banana, Grand Marnier.
