COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Burragumbilli beer – pure, natural taste. Burragumbilli beer is naturally brewed - all of the ingredients are certified organic and it is made without added sugar. Natural beer uses barley grain that has been partially germinated to convert its starches into soluble sugars. This process is called “malting”. The malted barley is then fermented with yeast to produce alcohol, carbon dioxide bubbles and an array of interesting flavours, aroma, colour and what is commonly called mouthfeel.

Bottled. Cloudy, high fizz but no head. Few distinctive notes on flavour or palate but drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(bottle) Poured hazy pale amber with no head. A slightly lemony aroma with hints of candy sweetness. Light body and carbonation; quickly felt flat. Very basic uninteresting flavour of malt with a slightly lemony tang and almost no discernible bitterness. The malt tasted grainy to me. Overall it’s drinkable, but why bother when there are so many good beers around?

Pour at Warners at the Bay Beer Festival 2010. Fairly plain, with just a basic hop profile and not much coming from the malts either. Could be a session beer to some people, just not to me.

330ml bottle. Bright and clear amber in colour witha thin white head that quickly fades. Salty and sweet aroma that is okay. Taste is relatively smooth and flavour is okay without being great. Average at best.
