Fruity aroma. Clear golden coloured sharp on the palate and fruity with a slightly bitter very dry finish.

May 1, 2009 On gravity at Reading Beer festival, 01/05//09. A very clean cider with plenty of yeasty dryness and some tart apple fruit. Perhaps lacking a bit of rustic character, but drinkable nonetheless. Good.

Nov 6, 2005 Gallon jug from the farm. The first cider I had nigh on 6 years ago that showed me the depth of flavour and quality that real cider could contain. Pale and hazy. On the nose fresh fruitiness and refined oaked bouquet blend together with an added earthy component underpinning them both. Incredibly drinkable and subtle with some residual sweetness blending well with high tannins and fresh acidity.
