COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Only available in 1 litre glass flagons. ABV varies but is usually 6.0%-6.5% NOTE: Not to be confused with the sparkling cider sold in 500ml bottles or the still cider available only on draught or in plastic containers drawn from the barrel. More than forty varieties of vintage cider apples are grown in our orchards at Burrow Hill. In the autumn the apples are harvested, blended and pressed and the juice matured in oak barrels. Cider has been made on the farm for at least 150 years and the craft and traditions of cidermaking have been passed down through generations. Our cider is made from 100% Somerset apple juice.
