Clear golden, no real hed. Aroma is sharp, light acidic, green apple zest, mild vinegar. Medium carbonation, lovely dry mouthfeel. Flavour is fruity dry, light oaky, mild sweetness, a bit of red apple. No indication of 8 %. Mild tartness behind the dryness.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity dry apple aroma. Dry fruity and slightly tart apple flavor. Has a dry fruity tart apple finish.

Bottled. A light golden cider with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples and alcohol. The flavor is dominated by apples, leading to a dry finish. The body is light.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry sulphorish and apple fruity. Dry and sulphorish. Slight watery and thin. Light apple fruity and sulphorish finish.

nice fresh and slightly sweet apple aroma,
flavor is dry apple, faint sourness. this time the dryness is no too much.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a clear yellow with a tiny white head. Violent pressure in the bottle - comes with a quick spew and then settles. Leathery and astringent nose. Medium body, heavy carbonation, very dry apple notes with loads of tannins. Astringent finish. 171210

UPDATED: SEP 25, 2006 [Bottle from Peckhams] Aroma Apple peel, leather, faint barnyard aromas, some acidity. Body is a full but collapsing effervescence. Bone dry and slightly tart.

I cannot believe im rating a cider this high, however this tastes cider to a whole new level. As "the duff man" says it is seriously like chamagne. Aroma is lightly sour and very dry with very little apples. Taste is like a cava from northern spain, then some apples remind you it is a cider after all though for a very short period of time, then the raw bubbles cut everything away for a super dry finish.
