This spiced ale is full of winter’s seasonal flavours; a moderate bitterness gives way to a fruity spiced like finish due to the addition of cloves nutmeg and cinnamon. Deceptively strong but easy drinking, A real classic!

Cask conditioned at Fleetwood Beer Fest ’13. Tawny with no head. Heavy medicinal notes, cough medicine along with a heavy caramelisation. Couldn’t get on with this one at all.

Dark copper brown with a thick creamy lasting white head. Smells of gingerbread. Rich creamy full body. Tastes of soft chewy gingerbread and cinnamon cake, caramel malt, some spices with a slight overripe fruit finish. Berries? Noticeable alcohol presence.
