Poured a very murky reddish-brown from a firkin at the Happy Gnome. Strong ripe fruit, banana, and toffe are accented by a slight smokiness on the nose. The flavor is lighter than the nose and has some nice butterscotch and prune. There is a slight hop bite, but not very noticeable. The flavor is slightly watery and kind of a letdown from the nose.
