Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Amber with white head. Not much to this at all, plain malty beer with no outstanding flavours, some sulphery notes I suppose. Dull.

A Mes rate. Cask at Baker St ’Sporks.
Lightish amber colour with a swiftly dissipating head. Very dull indeed, ok some faint Snatch but I’m not nostalgic enough to be bothered about it. Very dull indeed. Faint lemony character and a hint of spent matches. Far too floral for my liking in the nose. Boring. NEXT!

Handpulled cask at JDW Hatch End. Amber gold with a creamy unsparkled off white head. Slight Burton snatch in good malty aroma. Well balaced fruity bitter with late developing floral hop bitterness.

Cask, William Wygston, Wigston. Amber gold with a creamy head. Aromas are grain and biscuit with light citrus. Some grapefruit and apricot. Slightly Burtonesque. Flavours are fruity with light tropical fruit mix. Fresh and clean with a dry finish. OK.
