COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special (Gold Medal Ale series) - November 2006.

William Henry Coltman was born at Rangemore, Burton upon Trent on 17th November 1891. Aged 26 he enlisted in the North Staffordshire Regiment as a non-combatant stretcher bearer because his religious convictions would not allow him to take a life. This was not an act of cowardice because by the end of the war this gallant soldier had become the most decorated N.C.O. of the conflict. (V.C., D.CM. and Bar, M.M. and Bar). After the war Bill Coltman returned to live in Burton until his death in 1974.

duff (5483) - St, Margarets, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 11, 2006
Cask@The Market Porter, Borough, London. Not too bad, perhaps a bit boring. Balanced between hops and malt, but not showing too muchh of either, slightly earthy, grainy mouthfeel. Drinkable, but dull.
