COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special (Gold Medal Ale series) - February 2008.

Born into a modest musical family a young Glenn acquired a horn to set him on his way. An early band of his own failed but resurfaced with a tenor sax and clarinet sound that catapulted him up the charts. The music industry’s first ever gold disc followed in 1942 for Chattanooga Choo Choo. Too old for conscription he volunteered to put some spring in the step of the army. Major Miller mysteriously disappeared in a plane over The Channel in 1944. However, his signature sound carried on.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Malt Shovel Northampton. A golden coloured bitter with a thin off-white head. The aroma is slightly grassy with hints of sweetness, and a touch of fart. The taste has some floral notes and is lacking finesse or character. Just seems like a dodgy safe one off beer.
