Quite fruity aroma and flavour. Smooth and quite pleasant. MesandSim (4623), Highgate, Greater London, England May 11, 2008 A Mes rate: Cask at Baker St. ’Sporks.
Bright copper with a thin bubbly off white head. Aroma has a reasonable malt and hop balance with some slight tobacco. Flavour of nutty, earthy malt with a kick of bitterness at the finish. Harsh fruit and corn notes do it no favours. imdownthepub (4248), Banbury, Oxfordshire, England Oct 3, 2003 Cask Conditioned at Wetherspoons. Dark amber bitter with bubbly head. More an IPA in character, hoppy dry, tangy fruit and long finish.
