Strong ale molto profumata al naso, luppolo fresco, forse anche qualcosa di belga; in bocca è dominata da sentori alcolici troppo pronunciati data la sua relativa bassa gradazione (6.5). Una di due esperimenti ad alta (l’altra è la Golden Ale) fatti in questo periodo di grande fermento al birrificio.
