COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Has a smooth, refreshing taste. Busch is brewed with a blend of premium American-grown and imported hops and a combination of malt and corn to provide a pleasant balanced flavor. Since being introduced regionally in 1955, the Busch beer brand family has grown to become one of the top-selling value beer brand families. Busch also holds a noted place in Anheuser-Busch history as the first new brand after the repeal of Prohibition.

355ml can.
Pale yellow, heavily carbonated beer. Medium white, very active head. Smells like corn and cardboard. Tastes like weak sugar water. Not a good beer.

UPDATED: OCT 2, 2008 My Dad drinks Busch, so I had one with him last night. I hate to look like a snob to my Dad. It smells kind of old, although I’m pretty sure it’s not. The aroma is yeasty, but not in a good way. Thin beer, with a funny aftertaste, it took me a while to get it down. Beer is beer, so I don’t want to slam Busch, I just don’t like it. Re: rerate: I had this again with my dad. It now comes in a camoflauge can. That’s sweeter than shaving lightning bolts in a mullett. Anyway, I noticed som hop flavor that I’ve never noticed before, it’s not as bad as I gave it credit for. I implore you, really taste this beer. It doesn’t deserve a 0 rating. Serving type: can

Sample from a tin into an egg cup!. Seemed to be fizzed yellow in colour. Sweet, corn, unfinished malt flavour, metallic edges, cardboardy. Poor.

ery pale yellow. Huge bubbles. No head. Aroma of dust, light corn husk, spice. All of this is very faint. You can’t really smell anything at all if you aren’t trying to. Very fizzy

Since the majority of subscribers to this site think it is fashionable to slam American macrobreweries in their wine-snobbish ways, I will defend this beer as being not too bad at all. I had it recently in Illinois and it was refreshing and tasty. It is also pretty cheap and not a bad way to go when the thirst hits you.

Sampled from a 24 oz can this beer poured a very pale straw color with a huge soapy white head. The aroma was tangy and sour with noted "cooked vegetable" notes. The flavor was dryish and bland. The finish was dry. Very close to carbonated water.
