COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Has a smooth, refreshing taste. Busch is brewed with a blend of premium American-grown and imported hops and a combination of malt and corn to provide a pleasant balanced flavor. Since being introduced regionally in 1955, the Busch beer brand family has grown to become one of the top-selling value beer brand families. Busch also holds a noted place in Anheuser-Busch history as the first new brand after the repeal of Prohibition.

Harsh and metallic, there are just too many better things in the cooler to drink this.

It’s an okay beer. It is in no way exceptional. The flavor is decent but I guess I’m very particular to domestic beer... I don’t like them.

i consider it a light beer. in that respect it is not so bad. chalky harsh and tangy. highly affordable. has a clean refreshing component to it. an excellent way to become interested in really great beer. and in doing what you need to do to secure that great beer. so now that you’ve read this and drank the famous Busch - GO GET STARTED!

UPDATED: MAR 16, 2008 Can. Bubbly head that disappears after about three seconds. Pale yellow, clear. Musty smell. Slightly heavier than water and, thank god, it’s not over-carbonated. Tastes like cheap beer, but better than most, I’d say. It is getting points because, as a college boy from St. Louis, it’s my go-to beer. It reminds me of all the hoosiers near where I grew up, not least of all my family and their friends. You know, those baby boomers who grew up poor and got good jobs, but still couldn’t kick their upbringing. Plus it’s kinda funny, I heard that Busch was invented when a batch of Bud heavy got messed up. Oh well, always brings me back down to earth.

UPDATED: AUG 22, 2007 I think this is the stuff that spills onto the floor at the Budweiser Brewery in St. Louis. It’s mopped up, rung out into plastic buckets, then bottled and re-sold as Busch.

Used to buy this beer from the PX 10$ for a 30 pack. Smells skunky and tastes quite bitter, but not in a good way. Not worth it, unless it was free.

UPDATED: JUN 5, 2008 Can. Stinky aromas of grain and hay. Appearance is clear golden fizziness. Taste is what you expect: grain, corn, pale malt. Still, if you need something to quench your thirst, this could do the job, but that’s about it.
