MrBunn (948), Western, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 27, 2008 Woo hoo! Bought me a bottle of Busch! Pour is a light gold, little head. Aromas are slightly grassy... but that’s even a stretch. Flavor is straight macro malt with no complexity of any sort. Not even an off-putting metal taste. Maybe I should have bought it in a can so I could have more to say. Aftertaste is watery... (which is probably better than any other alternative.) The only reason this is getting any points is that there are no horrid elements... it may be completely pointless, but it is not evil. It has no swirling side notes of metal, rot or butt sweat...and that is a good thing.
jimmack34 (160), Ohio, USA Nov 18, 2008 Bottle. Just another typical american pale lager. Corn malt taste, very light body, very crisp, not much flavor. Just a party beer. terrybail (184), , Ontario, Canada Oct 31, 2008 330ml Can from the LCBO
I really should just stop trying these pale lagers they are all the same
Pale yellow no smell or taste
Might as well drink water
in fact i think i will
jmw141 (83), Canton, Illinois, USA Oct 28, 2008 Out of the can. This isn’t even near the best go-to-beer for a cheap nightr out or even at home, but sometimes it will do. Tastes just like you would expect it too. Pale, light, low flavor and cheap aroma. SkyCop32 (139), Morlautern, Germany Oct 28, 2008 This pours clear with a small quick white head. This is a cheap man’s beer only to be served for getting drunk on a dime. topherh (289), Kearney, Missouri, USA Oct 23, 2008 Sweet malt and corn, thin and easy to drink with little flavor. Good on a hot day.
