Has a smooth, refreshing taste. Busch is brewed with a blend of premium American-grown and imported hops and a combination of malt and corn to provide a pleasant balanced flavor. Since being introduced regionally in 1955, the Busch beer brand family has grown to become one of the top-selling value beer brand families. Busch also holds a noted place in Anheuser-Busch history as the first new brand after the repeal of Prohibition.

24 fl oz can. Pours clear and almost golden yellow with a small white head. Light cornish and vague metallic aroma. Flavour has the same in a dry blend with a light cornish and syrupy touch. Bitter and watery finish.

Can. A light golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma has skunky notes of brewing cereal as well as light notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with light notes of malt and light skunky notes of brewing cereal, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Canned. Vaguely yellow with creamy head. No aroma. Rather sweet and very light bodied with just some corn flavour and soft mouthfeel. No bitterness. Iím afraid Iíve had much worse beers than this.

What I drank in college when I couldnít afford real beer. Bland and watery, a waste of time. Drink water instead.

Can 25 oz. A clear, pale golden beer with a small, white head. The aroma is a tad more interesting than the aroma of the light edition. Some pale malts, a little fruityness and most of all green apples. Thin on the palate, low on bitterness. The finish is fruity and superbly boring. Superbly boring all over actually. 130811

Ticked this fine product on New Yearís Eve. Pours incredibly pale yellow with a short lived white head. Smells strongly of corn and corn syrup with a touch of metal. Maybe some notes of green apple and straw. Decently sweet in terms of the flavor with quite a bit of corn to it. A touch watery with some of the same apple and straw notes. Not overly offensive, but not very good, either.

UPDATED: SEP 15, 2006 Very pale yellow. Huge bubbles. No head. Aroma of dust, light corn husk, spice. All of this is very faint. You canít really smell anything at all if you arenít trying to. Very fizzy. Light apple notes like this was Strongbow Very Fucking Extra Light. Finishes with a hint of alcohol. Some wateriness eases the impact of the harsh carbonation on the tongue.

32 oz. bottle. Aroma of adjunct and very light grassy hop. Gold color with a rapidly diminishing white head. Thin to medium bodied. Moderately carbonated, little bite. Starts with pale malt flavor, somewhat balanced by grassy hop. All things considered, it seems drinkable. The finish is a bit corny, but it is nice and bitter. Not my idea of refreshing though.
