COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Has a smooth, refreshing taste. Busch is brewed with a blend of premium American-grown and imported hops and a combination of malt and corn to provide a pleasant balanced flavor. Since being introduced regionally in 1955, the Busch beer brand family has grown to become one of the top-selling value beer brand families. Busch also holds a noted place in Anheuser-Busch history as the first new brand after the repeal of Prohibition.

24 ounce can. Pours a very clear, very pale yellow color with a thin head that fades quickly. Aroma of grain, a tinny note and a bit of skunk... odd coming from a can. The taste is grainy malts, grass and a sweet finish. Thin and watery. Nothing to see here, move along...

How does one choose between Blue Light, Canadian and Busch? One chooses the one he hasn't rated of course. Not god awful, primarily because of the lack of any overtly bad flavours. It is more bland than it is offensive.

Bottle. Clear light pale yellow appearance with not much of a head. Very light aroma with a slight bit of skunky pale malts but really nit a that different in aroma from water. Bitter bitter bitter sweet pale malts. Super thin body. This beer makes me embarassed to be an American.

UPDATED: JUL 4, 2007 Light sweet-sour malt aroma. Piss yellow color with small head. Slightly sweet berry malt flavor. Poor but just as good as Bud and $5 less a case.

Can. High fluffy but lasting white head. Clear light yellow body. Malt corn aroma. Very thin and sweet flavor with just a bit of hops bitterness. Watery, boring. High carbonation, short aftertaste.

Can. Typical pale lager though this one has all of the bad taste plus the extra calories. Lots of corn, grass, and urine.

Can (355ml). Gotta love the NASCAR logo on this puppy - yee haw! Poured weak pee yellow, slightly bubbly, small fizzy white head. Sugary aroma of burnt muddy grain and cheap chocolate syrup - not horrible but unpleasant. Taste is corny and good grief I think those are actual hops - stale, weak, but there - it’s thin, it’s slightly vegetal, it’s too sweet - but I was surprised how little I hated it. If I had to choose between this and taking a hammer to my own hand, I’d definitely choose this beer.

Head is initially small, fizzy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is clear light yellow. Aroma is trace malt (grain). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly bitter. Light body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Pretty much odorless, fairly sweet.
