UPDATED: OCT 20, 2003 Light? Yep: in color, aroma, and flavor. Typical American light corn beer. Nothing special at all that sets this apart from the rest of the slow, dimwitted herd.

From the tap, served in a 20 oz. standard bar glass. Poured a clear pale yellowish golden with a foamy white head that settled into a thin lacing, pretty standard for a macro light. Had largely a clean nose, faint aromas of cooked corn and husks with what I guessing is light, powdery sweet rice and cereal malts. Good carbonation and softly crisp and a nice light light bodied mouthfeel. Bland tasting, but the aftertaste really killed this beer for me, bland and thin cereal malts, corny, a very, very subtle lemony flavor in the middle (the hops?), and a dry, light cereal and grain finish with a terrible cooked, sweet corn taste lingering palate, makes you want to wash your mouth out, lowers the drinkability by a large degree. Had this at local sports bar in a west suburban of St. Louis, a sports bar with poor choices all around, food and beer, at least the White Sox beat the Tigers to move to 6 games back.

Not much good can come from drinking this crap...watery, grainy beer. Regular Busch is bad, this is worse.

not much compexeity to this beer but what can one expect from A-B. Yellow! a pale yellow. corn like malt taste seemed watered down. still better than some other light beers at its level.

Can. It’s bad. I couldn’t give it a .5 though. It serves a purpose. My comment was too short. It’s yellow.

Found a random can in a hotel room, and figured fuck it, haven’t rated it yet. Smells like metallic corn, tastes like nothing but stings the tongue nicely. When the burps taste better than the beer, you know something’s wrong.

2009 Can - Got this bad boy at the smoke shop in the $.50 singles bin, which is think is kinda overpaying given that the 30 packs in college used to be $9.99...Pours a lt yellow with a medium neon white head...aroma is corny malt, a bit of metal, light grain and some skunk...flavour is like water that just ran out of the rain gutter, you know it isn’t from the tap, and it tastes kinda vegetal and ozonated, but it doesn’t have enough of anything going on to suggest it is anything but some type of water...this is that...malt water...pointless, like kissin yer sister, cause it ain’t ne’er goin’ no where...

Ugly and incredibly pale. Fizzy, watery as hell, and overall foul. You might find some corn in there but you really don’t want to. It’s like sniffing around for a fart that you know stinks to high hell. It’s just not worth it.

Pale yellow, fizzy looking with a slight quick head. The aroma is sugary with a slight hint of grass, but that’s a stretch. Very carbonated body with little taste which is good, because if it did taste it would probably taste like ass.
