Clocking in at 5.7% ABV and proudly brewed with grains from America’s heartland and other toasted malts, Busch Signature Copper Lager is a darker, slightly more flavorful beer that still has the signature smooth, clean finish of Busch Beer.

Can @ Home. Rich amber colored beer with a finger of white foam. Pretty nice malt character. Lots of caramel, toast, and bready malt. Slight fruity esters of pear and apple. A very mild hop character, if any. But it does have good malt flavor and sweetness without being too sugary or anything. Pretty easy drinking. Maybe a touch of banana on the finish.

Poors copper body with small head. Light aromas of bread with some notes of caramel. Highly carbonated, somewhat sweet and bitter, not very flavorful.

Pours an odd copper color with a head that lasts a while. Smells very VERY faintly of a banana which struck me as odd. Taste? Hardly any at all but wasn’t offensive. Maybe a tad watery. Had a nice clean finish with a slightly bitter bite. Overall? Not really bad. There are TONS of lager style beers far worse than this. It’s not the kind of beer you drink to get drunk. It’s the kind you drink and go pee every 15 minutes while doing an uncomplicated chore.

This was quite good. I was expecting watery, but it wasn’t. For comparison, it’s like Bass pale ale, but without the hop bitterness or ale fruitiness. At $3 for 4 pints, I will buy a lot more of this in the future

Can shared with pj and Moreau. Pours a deep Amber with huge off white head. Mouthfeel is medium to light bodied with notes of cream, soft grains, malt and light sugar. Pretty plain but not awful.

24 oz. can. Woah. Pours copper as label says. Mini head sticks around a little while. Unremarkable nose. Wow. This is what a mass-produced megabrew "beer" should taste like... Easily the best tasting of any standard BudMillerCoors offering. This is my new go-to beer!

Tall boy in Seattle. Darker, clear brown, buzzy gray head. Mild soft lager grain, some banana. Not the worst macro lager around, better than most.

25oz can into lager glass, clear copper color with beige head. Aroma notes of toast, grain and cardboard. Taste adds cereal, faint caramel and light grass. Light body, moderate carbonation, crisp with clean finish. Not too bad, bland but not offensive.

12 oz. can at my brothers house. Best thing going was that it was cold. Not much different than Busch.

Pretty terrible beer. Pour is dark brown with no head. Flavor is skunky and the aftertaste is metallic.
