from Mise en Bière, Lausanne - cloudy orange beer with an incredibly foaming white head (took me more than 10 minutes to pour the entire bottle); dusty with notes of Sprite; thin-bodied and with a moderate carbonation; the finish is dusty and yeasty with more dubious notes of lemon - by far not the best beer from Alexandre ...

Bouteille 33 cl du Tonneau Verre - Yverdon (CH). Blonde pâle trouble à mousse blanche fine et onctueuse, fin pétillement. Nez de froment, épices, fruité de levure. Le goût est doux, abricot-citron, peu acide. Désaltérante, crousti avec une finale fruitée sinon assez neutre.

Bottle at Papsø. Hazy yellow coloured with a huge white head. Fruity aroma of wheat and citrus with notes of berries. Fruity flavour of citrus, wheat and berries with notes of ascorbic acid. Fruity finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is yeasty, spiced and wheaty. Fruity, spiced and apples. Bitter, citric and mellow yeasty finish.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a bubbly yellowish head. The aroma has notes of wheat, cloves, and wet hay. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, wheat, cloves, and wet hay, leading to a dry wheaty and lemony finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a hazy yellow with a frothy white head. Soapy, lavender aroma. Light body, heavy carbonation, dry notes of oranges and coriander with a phenollic edge. Ends quite dry. 011211

[ Trade by fiulijn ]. Clear medium yellow colour with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, moderate to heavy yeasty, herbs - peppery, soapy. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration, fruity citrus, spicy, herbs - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle @ Autumn Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Pours hazy yellow with a frothy white head and lacings. Dammn. Heavy coriander. Very spicy .. some citrus. A bit of yeast and wheat. Overcarbonated. One dimensioanal.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Huge head with good duration. Color is hazy pale yellow. Aroma and taste are yeast, crisp clean malt, citrus and hops. High carbonation.
