COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It was created in 1933 by Alfred Dubuisson, grand-father of the present family brewer, Hugues. Its former name was "Bush Beer 24°" (the density in Ballings), but today it is known as Bush Amber. Its amber colour is due to the use of caramel malt in the production process. Its bitter sweet taste provides it with firmness and personality. What's more, it helps digestion.

A beutiful amber beer with an OK head. The aroma is very nice fruity with hints of alcohol. It has a great filling feel and the flavor is fruits - You can’t make out the alcohol. A really good beer.

25 cL bottle. Pours deep orange to amber with a little light orange head and small floating yeast sediments. Deep caramel and almost overripe fruity aroma. Wineous aroma. Flavour is fullblown caramel malt, towards sharp toffee flavour. Dense overripe fruit note. Sweet! (almost needless to state). Shows a light woody dry note towards the finish. Goes into a dry and light fruity lingering finish.

Bottled. Copper coloured, not much head. Aroma is alcohol, caramel and strong malts. Flavour is toffee, caramel malts, alcohol, yeast, spicy. Almost a "you name it, it’s there" as for the complexity. Excellent beer to sip on.

Copper coloured, no head that I remember (but with 12% beers you never know...). Fruity and surprisingly smooth for being this strong. A dangerous beer with some toffee flavour and a bitter finish.

Golden colour with off-white head. Sweet aroma with lots of fruit, alcohol and spices. Powerful flavour dominated by spices, alcohol and hops. Nice, but not the best belgian strong ale.

Bottle. Amber colour, big stable head. Peppery aroma. Peppery, malty flavour. Sweet caramelly aftertaste, turning peppery and dry. Warming, almost burning from the alcohol.
