COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It was created in 1933 by Alfred Dubuisson, grand-father of the present family brewer, Hugues. Its former name was "Bush Beer 24°" (the density in Ballings), but today it is known as Bush Amber. Its amber colour is due to the use of caramel malt in the production process. Its bitter sweet taste provides it with firmness and personality. What's more, it helps digestion.

Aroma is sweet malty with some alcohol, an almost seem vinegar. Taste is not vinegar, but sweet like a wee heavy. Appearance is a dark cloudy red/brown with a small white head. Palate has a good thickness with a great amount of froth.

Ahogy melegszik, előjön némi karamelles jelleg is. Igen telt sör.

Appearance:
Clear/hazy golden/amber beer with a slight/medium off-white head.

Overall:
This beer is intense, but neither complex nor balanced. Cloyingly sweet with practically nothing else to offer.

Boy, this one fills your heart with a lot of love and turn you on pretty quickly. A classic strong Ale that is remarkably drinkable, with a solid alcohol level and generous aftertaste. Not the most surprising one, but definitely a great choice for any occasion ! APPROVED BY TAVERNY’S BLACK METAL CREW !

Amberkleurig bier met wit schuim. Geur: moutzoetig, brood, wat rozijn, alcoholisch. Smaak: moutzoet, alcoholisch, vineus, zelfs wat cognac. Redelijk volmondig. Medium koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: licht bitter en zoetig.

Bottle into a tulip. Pours a hazy amber with a small white head. Nose is caramel, and the taste follows. Very nice caramel flavor without being overly sweet or cloying. Creamy mouth feel with a short finish. Well balanced and quite tasty.

330 ml bottle into tulip glass, best before 3/10/2016. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy deep orange/amber color, with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big lemon, orange, peach, apricot, mango, pear, pineapple, pepper, clove, honey, brown sugar, biscuit, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, dark/beady malt, and light earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, orange, peach, apricot, mango, pear, pineapple, pepper, clove, honey, brown sugar, biscuit, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Moderate yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, orange, peach, apricot, mango, pear, pineapple, pepper, clove, honey, brown sugar, biscuit, herbal, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, dark/beady malt, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from yeast spiciness as well. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a smooth, moderately creamy/bready, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is fairly well hidden with a small warmth lingering after the finish, with no booziness. Overall this is a very nice Belgian strong pale ale. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, dark/beady malt, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth and easy to sip on for the huge ABV. A very enjoyable offering.

UPDATED: MAY 22, 2016 Pours a clear light golden amber colour with a thick off white head. Caramelised banana, vanilla and raisin aroma. Despite the strength the alcohol is nicely balanced by sweet caramel malt, raisin, plum and vanilla flavours. A nice warming slightly spicy bitter finish.
