COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Created in June 1998, Bush Blond is obviously a discovery in the strong blond ales market in which it will undoubtedly play a major role. It has a light and glistering colour. Hugues Dubuisson who is the current brewer wanted it to be worthy of the famous Bush Amber and gave it the same nice aroma and flavour.

Helder geel bier. Met een goede schuimkraag. Ruikt mout en iets zoetig. Smaakt erg zoet met een zoete Brandende nasmaak. Niet zo goed.

Pours a golden clear beer with a good white head. Smells pretty sweet. Bit licorice. Tastes sweet. Bit licorice I guess. Nasty aftertaste. To high on the carbo.

Bottle, 330 ml. At home, poured into a tulip glass. ABV 10.5% Golden orange colour on the body, hazy, with lots of pieces floating around in it. Two fingers of white head, with average retention, leaving light lacing on the glass. Aroma is fruity, with the fruits barely managing to cover the strong alcohol smell. Not bad taste though, nice fruitiness, little malts, tastes like there is some wheat in it, the alcohol is there but not so strong as I thought it would be and it finishes with astrong fruits aftertaste. Medium thin body, a bit high on the carbonation. Not that bad, I expected worse by reading some of the reviews but this one tastes like a good, strong tripel to me. Quite good.

Somewhat sickly and one dimensional. Hardly any aroma, and a nice light gold colour with a pure white head. A strong taste of alcohol unsurprisingly, and quite sweet, bland blond taste. Lacks much subtlety.

A - pours hazy golden raisin color with high fluffy micro bubbled head that lasts forever. Sticky lacing. S - Belgian yeasts, honey, overripe apples, must. M - full body, medium palate. Lingering sticky dry end. Lots of booze. T - a nice but muddled mess. Overripe apples, sour dough, honey, floral notes. Booze and booze. 3.1

Very average beer, not too much aroma, blond clear beer with, taste is very alcoholic that overrules other tastes like caramel, sticky in the mouth.

Sweet, honey and very smooth taste. Honey and bitter palate. Thick, snowy foam that stays for very long time on top. Yellow, lemon-like colour. A good beer.
