COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Created in June 1998, Bush Blond is obviously a discovery in the strong blond ales market in which it will undoubtedly play a major role. It has a light and glistering colour. Hugues Dubuisson who is the current brewer wanted it to be worthy of the famous Bush Amber and gave it the same nice aroma and flavour.

Bottle 25cl. Mmmm it’s difficult to do a real good beer with high alcool ! For this one the taste is too mucj spicy, less round (not sweet) quite bitter and no intrestinf flavours. Hops is too bitter and alcool too much present, not bed but not a greate beer anyway.

Bottle at home. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head and some floaties. Aroma of dust, spices and alcohol. Flavor is malty, spicy bitter, slightly sugary sweet and very warming alcoholic. Not that attractive actually. Bittersweet alcoholic finish. Too much alcohol for the faint flavor.

Shared this one w/SkyCop32. Pours a medium golden yellowish color. Aromas of fruit, yeast and some pepper. Flavors are sour, yeasty, and a touch of sweetness at the finish.

UPDATED: APR 19, 2011 25cl bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a big white head. The aroma is full of sweet malt with fruit, hops and alcohol. Taste starts with sweet malts, some fruits and ends with a nice alcohol touch and some hoppy bitterness creating a dry aftertaste. Drinkability is like other Bush beers dangerously good, so be carefull! A very nice beer!

Bottle. Hazy pale golden colour with a mostly disappearing white head. Nose is a little spicy and fruity as well with notes of caramel, apple, yeast and honey. Flavour is almost identical to the aroma with a bit more spice. Mouthfeel is slick but smooth, with minimal carbonation and a lingering spicy, slightly bitter finish. Not excellent but a pretty good blonde Belgian strong ale.
