This is a sweet beer with a pleasant flavour of hops. Indeed, for Bush de Noel, the brewer uses a traditional process which consists in placing hops flowers in the vats where the beer rests for four to six weeks by which time it will have reached full maturity, giving it a very distinctive taste. In the U.S the label generally reads Scaldis Noel.

Initial strong alcohol flavor that overwhelms the palate. Milds as the bottle goes and becomes very pleasant. A surprising blend of sweetness and hops that have a definite holiday spice. I drank it paired with a spicy meal of jerk chicken and salse. The flavros blended perfecly, leaving a warm burn in my chest. A holiday delight.

Butelka. Barwa herbaciana, brunatna, klarowna. Piana niska, szybko opadająca. Aromat intensywny, estrowy, herbaciany, kwiatowy. Wyczuwalne śliwki, morele. W smaku podobnie, złożony smak suszonych owocůw, toffi, słodycz z lekką nutą kwaskowości. Goryczka średnia do wysokiej, niezalegająca. Wysycenie średnie. Bardzo treściwe, pełne. Alkohol świetnie ukryty, rozgrzewający przełyk. Niesamowicie zdradzieckie, na ktůre należy uważać. Klasa!

From elcervecero. In Teku glass. Watching Narcos 1x06. Great aroma and taste, like candy for children. The high ABV isnt much appreciable. Little foam that completely dissipates very quickly

Hard to believe thereís a more-premium version of this out there. This is right next to Roch10 in my book. Pours murky reddish-brown with lasting, clingy brown foam of the tinniest bubbles. Aroma is sweet, with ripe plum, raisin, caramel. Flavor is the smell translated, almost entirely. Nice and sweet, with some yeasty goodness amongst the candied fruit. Finish is slightly sweet, but very clean overall. Is there alcohol in this? Remarkably hidden at 12%.
