Bottle at the Spotify tasting. Barrel aged funk. Pretty good in mouth. Lovely toffee and subtle toasted nutty woodiness. Some decent fruit. Very good and a lot better than I was expecting.

Deep ruby-brown color, small off-white head. Aroma is a bit sour, tart, cellary, oak, red wine/tannines, some fruits. Medium to full-bodied. Flavor has Belgian yeasty fruityness, toffee and then evident tannines, red grapes from Burgundy barrel. Alcohol - of course - but much less than in normal Bush-beers. Complex brew.

Bottle at Bagers - on christmas evening - shared with Mette, Bager, Per & Farmand. Cloudy red/brown - white head. What a lovely beer.... the winecasks helps the Bush de Nöel very much.... it turns it from way too sweet, to nice balanced and very complex. Soapy, citric, wood, nutty, light sourish (the good way), light sweetness, nice hoppy, dark fruits, fruity, caramel.... and so on.. very nice - lovely complexity.

Bottle, 75cl corked, at Bier Central. It pours an unclear, reddish amber to brown body and a dense, light beige head. The aroma is intense and lovely. Vinous and slightly acetic. Slightly woody and a bit sweetish, with the alcohol sure present. Some peppery notes. Very warming on the palate, full-bodied and smooth, with a fine blend of flavors. Red wine, vinegar, dark fruits, sugar, hints of dried fruits and a yeasty hint. Super-long finish, where the warmth stays the longest time. A true beauty. Just lovely. 110429

Bottle, bought @ Ølbutikken, Cph.
Enjoyed to the Aab - Deportivo match.
Pours almost completely red with a slight haze to it. Head is small, rather fizzy with low duration. Tarty aroma with grapes, wood, brett, prunes, vanilla, blackberries. Medium carbonation, superb creamy and oily mouthfeel. Flavour is vinious, no doubt about that, but it seems incredibly balanced. Sweet caramel malts with prunes, plums and raisins mix wonderfully well with grapes and light red whine notes. Some brett-like tartness and dryness as well. Truly incredibly balanced.
