Bottled. A light amber beer with a nice though bubbly orangey head. The aroma has notes strong of peaches - a bit too much for me. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of peaches as well as notes of metal, alcohol, and malt - all in all a cloying coctail, leading to a sweet, dry, metallic, and peachy finish.

Bottle@Home. Very intense peach aroma. Dark yellow colour, off-white head, fair lace. Very sweet, rather bitter, artificial peach. Very sticky, alcoholic.

A dark orange colored beer, with a thick foamy off white head. The aroma of sweet peach with in the back some malts. The taste has a little bitter but it’s mostly sweet from peaches. In the back still a small bitter. The aftertaste is like peaches with a small bitter.

Bottle. Red-gold with a thick white collar draping the glass like lager. Surprisingly lush aroma dragging in blackcurrant, mango, tropical Starburst and sappy green, hop-like notes as much as tinned peaches. Quite a successful attempt to fuse perfumed ladybeer with a credible Belgian Strong Ale; confectionary peach sweetness (just about) balanced by pale bready malts, slight house cake (Battenberg), pepper, wood, cherryish high alcohol notes, vanilla in the linger. It’s a bit sickly and chemical when some mellow funk and acidity might have suited better, but for all the air freshener-like peachiness, it still feels like beer, and I’m reassured that Dubuisson don’t know how to make bad ones.

Bottle. Clear deep orangey amber with a steady head. Sweet peach aroma overpowers everything else. A bit more balanced in the mouth with some hoppy bitterness offsetting the sweet peach juice somewhat. Hints of oranges, too. Good carbonation. A me-too product from an otherwise serious brewer.

Hazy golden color with a fluffy cloud white head that settles quickly to leave slight lacing. Fresh peaches all the way, very much on the sweet side. No surprise here. Lambic doesn’t come through well. Light body, not unexpected for the style. A straightforward and tasty example of a fruit beer, worth trying if you like the style.

Pours a clear orange color with a nice thick off white head. Strong aroma of peach. Flavors are odd at first, with malts and peach very present, as I am not use to peach beer flavors. sweet fruits and bitter creamy finish. Refreshing and different.

JorisPPattyn (6727) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - OCT 27, 2009
Huge, fine & dense yellowish head, over pale coppery beer, well-carbonated. Very fruity nose, but not reminiscent of peach - rather unripe nectarine, lunaria, even some hops, starfruit and other exotic ditto’s. Caramel, much less fruity flavour than the nose suggests, sweet. BIt sticky MF, despite the carbonation; alcohol remains fairly well hidden. Yes, it IS too sweet. But compared to some other of these concoctions...
