2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20 Ungstrup (23960) - Oamaru, NEW ZEALAND - MAR 3, 2010
Bottled. A light amber beer with a nice though bubbly orangey head. The aroma has notes strong of peaches - a bit too much for me. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of peaches as well as notes of metal, alcohol, and malt - all in all a cloying coctail, leading to a sweet, dry, metallic, and peachy finish.
