The Bush Amber Triple is a traditional Bush Amber which has been bottle-refermented in a hot chamber during 3 weeks. Due to this refermentation, its bitter-sweet taste is even strenghened and its malted with nuts aromas more powerful. The beer is naturally cloudier. The Bush Amber is proposed in a luxury 75 cl embossed bottle with a champagne cork which, while keeping in line with the 25cl bottles, give them an incontestable qualitative style

Bottle Scaldis Amber Ale. The aroma has fruit, yeast, malt, basement, and spice. The appearance is amber with a huge head and lots of floating particulates. The flavor is like the aroma being complex and somewhat buttery. The palate is smooth. Overall a pretty good beer.

Bottle, at Tria Fermentation School Don Feinberg class, 3/13/09. Pours clear orange, almost copper color, capped with a medium sized off white head. Aroma is similar to the classic Scaldis, with fruit, especially peach, caramel, and nuts. Flavor is also very similar to Scaldis, with caramel and toffee, fruit, alcohol, and cocoa. This is a bit fuller bodied than the base beer.

Amber colour, head doesn’t last long. Aroma is toffee, oak and a little bit of alcohol. Flavour is toffee, oak, caramel and warming alcohol. One of of the better beers from Dubuisson, a brewery that IMO is a bit overrated.

Bottle at ZBF09. Weak caramelly aroma. Cloudy dark amber colour. Very small white head. The flavour is nicely malty with just a hint of roasted malts. Slightly sweet, but more than balanced by the alcohol. The finish is a bit alcoholic, and with a slightly rough bitterness.
