COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Bush Amber Triple is a traditional Bush Amber which has been bottle-refermented in a hot chamber during 3 weeks. Due to this refermentation, its bitter-sweet taste is even strenghened and its malted with nuts aromas more powerful. The beer is naturally cloudier. The Bush Amber is proposed in a luxury 75 cl embossed bottle with a champagne cork which, while keeping in line with the 25cl bottles, give them an incontestable qualitative style

Red brown with a weak head and light carbonation. Smell is apple peachy with some breadiness, subtle wood and alcoholic overtones. The taste is warm with apples, caramel, pepper. Bitter, like biting on orange peel. Quite nice.

surprisingly good beer, very strong (12% I think) but I don’t get a strong alcohol taste, which is allright with me. very tasteful, a bit fruity, very sweet. amber colored though doesn’t really taste like belgian amber, light carbonation. recommended beer!

Apple, peach, and lemon zest nose, not strong. Clear orange, fine floaties, thick head. Overripe peaches with a delightful meringue finish. Almost minty in the finish. Full body. A little warm, but it works as this drinks more like a tripel than an amber anyway.

Very nice with a big fruity wine like aroma. The pour is a cloudy amber with a lacing head, lots of floaters that just kind of sit there. They don’t float or sink but just lay in stasis. Am I losing it? Maybe. Just had to throw a parent off a soccer field for cursing at 10 year olds. That kind of nonsense makes the beers taste better. Anyway, this is very good. Potent but tasty.

Scaldis Refermente Pours dark golden with a long lasting white head. Big pop on opening (refermenting?). Aroma of cloves, alcohol, yeast ansd spices with a nice flowery waft. Flavor is boozy and crisp with hot apples on the way down. This toned down a bunch as it warmed up. A little unrefined.

Date: August 19, 2011 Mode: Bottle Source: Busters, Minneapolis, MN Appearance: Semi-opaque orangish yellow, slight amount of head and large amount of sediment. Aroma: Caramel and vanilla. Flavor: Consistent with aroma, thin bodied, slight carbonation and some alcohol taste. Other: Was listed as a quad in the menu, which clearly it is not, but it was still pretty good.

Bottle. Orange pour with lots of sediment. Nose is caramel and fried food. Body is creamy, slight carbonation, some booze poking through, and lots of caramel. Yummy.

Dirty amber with a white head. Toffee and molasses aroma. Lighty, fluffy, and chewy all at the same time. Not really sure what is going on here.
