piscator34 (942), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada Apr 26, 2008 Bottled sample via paco. Pale amber in colour with moderate carbonation. Aromas of both earthy and slightly floral hops, light malt, and a hint of toffee. Fairly light bodied, with the earthy hops dominating the palate. There’s also a slightly lemony element too. Not a whole lot of malt flavor. Firm bitterness, and a bit too much carbonation. Not exactly a traditional bitter, but still one you could drink a fair bit of and enjoy.
CapFlu (3340), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada Jun 10, 2007 (Draught) Thin, creamy white head with an amber body. Nose is nicely balanced of malt and bitter hops. Smooth, tasty palate of maltiness. Great lasting bitter hop finish. One of Bushwakker’s finest.
