Bottle from 2 or 3 years ago. This was released on one of the muggiest mornings of the summer. Humid as ever outside, but well worth the wait. This was made with honey from the Lumsden valley about 35 minutes from Regina. Murky white - milky like pour, can’t really put into words. Barely even a film of a head. Aromas of soft honey, some thistle and a bit of a wheat like smell. Maybe some malt presence as well. Taste is similar. Lots of honey and some bread like malt as well. Surprisingly you don’t really get any alcohol in the taste or aftertaste. This held up really well and makes me wish I had hung on to more bottles of this. Hopefully they make this again.
