Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. A hazy light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet and very wheaty, combined with strong notes of citrus - a bit too much for me. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of both citrus and wheat, but the body is thin.

650ml bomber ( thanks Noxious)
Pour puts a very pale cloudy ale in my weiss glass. Decent puffy cap, retention not too good. Fair carbonating.
Nose is sweet, citrusy, some very light fruits, hints of spice, a bit of mustiness. No great wafts of bubble gum or bananas and cloves here, just light subtle impressions like earthy juicy fruit gum.
Medium-light bodied with a decent malt spine, tart dusty mouth feel from the wheat. A more mellow rounded character than its sharply defined European name sake.
Starts sweet and fluous with light spice notes ( some clove and cinnamon) then the palate drys out as a light citrusy decernment takes over leading to the finish which is semi dry and full of wonderful dry biscuit tastes which carry into an after taste.
Not a replica of the Bavarian Hefeweiss but a nice drinkable, rounded and malty Canadian version...I could session with this on tap any day.
