COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, Special;
Being an Island race, the Manx have an incredible affinity with the sea and Bushy's celebrates two events with its new beers. Manxman, John Quilliam was an officer, much respected by Nelson, on HMS Victory at the battle of Trafalgar. After the steering gear was shot away, he rigged up a repair to keep the flagship in the fray. John Quilliam's Bitter commemorates his brave actions of 1805.

Cask Conditioned at The George, Barford St Micheal, Oxon. Hazed orange beer with a whisp of a head. Floral fruity bitter, not fully settled, although given plenty of time. Quite an apple aroma and flavour comes through. Some juicy hops on the finish. Could be good, but in this case, struggling.
