Bottle. Eye-warming firey red/copper appearance. Nice hop aroma with a touch of fresh sawdust. Flavour starts with a good balance between malt and hop elements, before moving to a mouth-watering butter popcorn middle and dry, bitter finish. A really good ale.

Bottle. Although this is supposed to be retired I bought a bottle from an off licence in Douglas Isle of Man in June 2011. The strength shown on the bottle was 4.4 per cent. Bronze and clear with a small head. Some maltiness but still fairly average. Well bottled which compares with a bottle i tried a few years ago that virtually exploded on me,

Bottled. An amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as light notes of spices. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of malt and caramel, but also a light note of metal.

Bottle. I have no description of the beer but a vivid image of the fox and the bottle. This probably was the last rating of the night. On a positive note I have some ratings only. What I remember of the beer was it was a solid beer but nothing exciting at all, as you may have guessed.
