Saison belga brassata con pepe rosa di Sichuan, aghi di pino e bacche di cipresso recuperate direttamente nel cimitero romano del Verano per ottenere un profumo balsamico di pino e pepe. Secca ma non troppo, dissetante come da tradizione!

Tap @ Karhisma Birroteca (Piedimonte Matese - Caserta, Italy). Had both fresh and three months later. Fresh version has a great strong cypress and graveyard (yeah) aroma, meanwhile after months gains a great cohesion with pine needle and pink pepper... more saison oriented in my opinion. Anyway, body is light and medium to high carbonated; the taste is wholesome, like balsamic candies. Pepper enhance all the dimensions, from aroma to finish, making the beer extremely drinkable and not annoying. Finish is long, fizzy, spiced, hints of roots, leaves. Perfectly guessed the typical Buskers mark: a style turned inside out, in particular light saisons, without exaggerations.

Pours golden orange with a small white head. Nose is big citrus, cloves, coriander, ginger and pine. Taste is sweet, lightly tart and a good bitter finish. Nice complexity. Mouthfeel is crisp and clean. Light body and a long aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Comments? I mean.... it’s fresh, sweet with a well made Saison Taste! White and strong foam! The berries cypress story makes this beer original and BRRRRRRRRRRR................!

14/03/2012 La Tana (tap). Dorata, abbastanza limpida, schiuma biancastra. Aroma intenso e decisamente evocativo, malto, lieviti, spezie, con magnifiche note erbacee e balsamiche e un leggero agrumato. In bocca ci si aspetterebbe un bel po’ di luppolo, invece è una saison molto tranquilla, dolciastra, ma con una discreta secchezza sul finale. Corpo medio-basso, leggermente "watery", carbonazione corretta. Ben fatta, gradevole e dissetante.
