21/04/2013 La Tana (tap). Ambrata scarica, lievemente torbida, bel cappello di schiuma bianca, molto abbondante e persistente. Al naso aroma esplosivo di luppolo, frutta esotica e agrumato, pungente, con note erbacee. In bocca è amara lunga e persistente, con un finale leggermente astringente, di radice. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione corretta. Well done Mirko!

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity hoppy grapefruit aroma with peachy hints. Fruity malty hoppy grapefruit flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy peachy grapefruit finish.

Golden color with white creamy and persistent foam. Malt aroma and fresh hops. At taste is medium bodied, light sweet with finish in light bitter.

Bottle. A hazy dark golden to pale amber beer, with a large, frothy, mostly lasting white head. The aroma is lightly malty (toasted bread), moderately to heavily hoppy (grapefruit, pine needles, flowers, resin), with notes of orange, tangerine, pineapple. lemon. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, velvety texture, average/lively carbonation, very long finish with moderate to heavy bitterness, lightly alcoholic. Is that good! The freshness definately helps, but this one’s also perfectly crafted... Hugely fruity aroma, huge but never scraping bitterness, palate cleansing to the contrary. Worth a try and more...

On tap@Villaggio della Birra. Incredibile and really fresh APA, citrus, resin, wonderful and full at nose. I don’t belive it’s an italian beer :D Big well balanced bitternes, orange, grapefruit and an impressive freshness. Very very good. A wonderfull label complete the works!!!

Bir&Fud Bottega, bottiglia 33cl.
Birra aromatica, avvolgente nel profumo di agrumi ed erba tagliata, ha bella schiuma, corpo dorato, leggermente torbido ma non "sporco". Al palato è amara, dissetante, piacevolissima da buttar giù. Il retrogusto continua ad essere gradevolmente amaro. Attualmente una delle mie birre preferite! Appunto: definita dagli "autori" come APA, io arriverei a considerarla una IPA, visto che di quest’ultima categoria ho bevuto tante birre molto meno luppolate e amare della Ezekiel! :)

From tap at Open Baladin. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is grapefruity and citrusy hoppy. Smooth peachy, grapefruity and citrusy.

Pours hazy golden pale yellow with a thick white head. Nose is thick pine cones and needles, grass, hay straw and light bread. Taste is bitter from start to finish, with a very unique flavor on the finish. Mouthfeel is crisp and oily, coats well. Long aftertaste with a light body. I’m more inclined to call this an IPA than a pale ale. Great fresh.
