Bottle from Bir & Fud Bottega, Roma. A bit hazy amber beer with a big, frothy, white head. Good malty aroma with piny hops. Flavour is sweetish caramel malts and piney and grapey hops. Quite fruity (peach) as well. Medium bitterness and carbonation. I managed to pour some of the yeast in the glass too so this might have been fresher without.

Bottle split @ CBC Clerkenwell. Cheers to Co-lleen for the pour. The pour’s medium gold with a small head. The nose is apple, orange, pear fruit salad. Fairly faint aromas. The taste is light nutty malts. Some caramel. Hints of lemon rind, citrus fruits. Light bitterness. Light body, moderate carbonation. Overall, decent. Tastes a bit faded.

Bottle split at Craft Clerko Tasting, thanks to a trade with Luca (Mortlach), 08/07/13. Hazed golden amber with a thin off white covering. Nose is orange sherbet, light hops, touch of pine, grass. Taste comprises citrus fruit, sugars, light mineral notes, orange pith, faint tropical fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dryush finish with hop bitterness. Solid enough APA but no world beater.

Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione corretta. Well done Mirko!

Bottle. A hazy dark golden to pale amber beer, with a large, frothy, mostly lasting white head. The aroma is lightly malty (toasted bread), moderately to heavily hoppy (grapefruit, pine needles, flowers, resin), with notes of orange, tangerine, pineapple. lemon. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, velvety texture, average/lively carbonation, very long finish with moderate to heavy bitterness, lightly alcoholic. Is that good! The freshness definately helps, but this one’s also perfectly crafted... Hugely fruity aroma, huge but never scraping bitterness, palate cleansing to the contrary. Worth a try and more...
